Package Cancellation Policy
Date change allowed until December 27, 2025.
After this date, date changes are not permitted.
- Till 27 Dec 2025 : ₹11,500 cancellation fee
- After 27 Dec 2025 : Non-refundable

- TCS (Tax Collected at Source) is non-refundable but can be claimed while filing Income Tax returns.

Important Information & Terms
- All transfers and sightseeing will be provided in a private air-conditioned vehicle as per the itinerary
- Vehicle will operate strictly according to the itinerary; it will not be available on a time or kilometer basis
General Terms
- Standard check-in: 2:00 PM | Standard check-out: 11:00 AM
- Early check-in/late check-out subject to hotel approval
- Maximum 3 adults allowed per room; extra mattresses will be provided as needed
- In case of unavailability, similar-category hotels will be arranged
Hotel Policies
- Itinerary is fixed and cannot be modified
- AC may not function in cool or hilly regions
- Entrance fees, parking charges, and guide fees are not included
- In cases of adverse weather, roadblocks, or operational issues, sightseeing or transfers may be impacted
Transport & Sightseeing
- For flights with multiple airlines, baggage may need to be rechecked at connecting hubs
- Price varies with passenger age; correct ages must be entered during booking
- Any cost related to deviations or extended ticket validity is not included
Flights & Travel Notes
- Refunds for non-operational paid activities will be processed within 30 days
- Complimentary activities are non-refundable
- MMT may adjust bookings due to force majeure situations; refunds/compensations may not be applicable
Refunds & Cancellations
- Some hotels, especially in Northeast India, may not have elevators
- Indian citizens must carry valid government ID (Driving License, Voter ID, Passport)
- Aadhaar and PAN Card are not accepted for hotel check-in

- Camera/video charges at sightseeing locations
