- Cancellation is not permitted after booking.
Date Change Policy
- Date changes are not allowed once the booking is confirmed.
Terms & Conditions
- Standard check-in time is 2:00 PM; check-out is 11:00 AM. Early check-in/late check-out is subject to hotel discretion.
- Maximum 3 adults allowed in one room. Extra adult will be provided a mattress/rollaway bed.
- Itinerary is fixed and cannot be modified. Transport will be provided as per itinerary only.
- AC may not operate in hilly/cool regions.
- Entrance fees, monument tickets, and guide charges are not included.
- For flights with multiple airlines, luggage may need to be collected and rechecked during transit.
- Prices are subject to change based on availability.
- Hotel rooms and airline seats are subject to availability at the time of booking.
- Correct passenger age must be entered during booking; incorrect details may lead to penalties.
- In case listed hotels are unavailable, a similar standard hotel will be provided.
- Refunds for cancellations due to natural calamities/weather depend on partner/vendor terms.
- MMT may modify the itinerary due to weather conditions, strikes, traffic, closures, overbooking, or other unforeseen events.
- Certain hotels may collect a refundable security deposit during check-in.
- Personal expenses such as laundry, phone calls, beverages, minibar, room service, tips, camera fees, etc., are not included.
- Items not mentioned under Inclusions are excluded.
- Special festive/mandatory dinner charges are not included unless specified.
