February 14, Saturday – Leisure Day at Agatti

Day 5
February 15, Sunday – Departure from Agatti
After breakfast, check out from the hotel and transfer to Agatti Airport for your onward journey.

Package Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are permitted until 17 January 2026. After this date, the package becomes fully non-refundable.
Cancellation Fees:
- Until 17 January 2026 – ₹41,750
- After 17 January 2026 – Fully non-refundable
These charges are applicable based on the current components included in the package. Any changes to package components may result in revised cancellation fees.

TCS once collected is non-refundable. However, it can be claimed as an adjustment while filing your income tax return.
All cancellation charges are exclusive of applicable taxes.
Package Date Change Policy
Date changes are allowed until 17 January 2026. After this date, travel dates cannot be revised.
Date Change Fees:
- Until 17 January 2026 – ₹41,750
- After 17 January 2026 – Date change not permitted
Any fare difference for the new travel date (if applicable) will be charged additionally.
Date changes are subject to availability.
TCS remains non-refundable in all circumstances.

Important Information
Travel to Lakshadweep requires mandatory permits. Guests are advised to book at least 30 days in advance and submit all required documents no later than 20 days before departure.

- Color copy of Aadhar Card or Passport
- Three passport-size photographs (or scanned copies)
Flights to Agatti are limited and operate only on select days.
Kochi serves as the primary connecting airport for Agatti Island. Travelers are strongly advised to check flight availability before booking the land package.
Terms & Conditions
- Standard hotel check-in at 12:00 pm and check-out at 11:00 am
- Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel discretion
- Maximum of 3 adults allowed per room; extra guest gets a rollaway bed/mattress
- Bed type (double/twin) is subject to availability at check-in
- Itinerary is fixed and cannot be altered. Transportation is strictly as per itinerary
- Island tours are subject to weather conditions; in case of cancellation, no refunds will be issued
- Lakshadweep accommodations offer basic facilities, though rooms are well-maintained and comfortable
- Complimentary activities are non-refundable
- Entrance fees, sightseeing tickets, and guide charges are not included
- Passengers with flights involving multiple airlines may need to recheck their luggage at connecting airports
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice
- Hotel and flight availability will be confirmed at the time of booking
- Incorrect passenger age may lead to penalties
- If listed hotels are unavailable, similar alternative accommodation will be provided
- Refunds in case of weather or natural calamity will follow partner/vendor policies
- The itinerary may be modified due to unforeseen events such as force majeure, strikes, weather issues, traffic, overbooking, or flight rescheduling
- Some hotels may collect a refundable security deposit at check-in
- Package price excludes personal expenses, room service, alcoholic beverages, minibar charges, camera fees, tips, etc.
- Mandatory festive surcharges (Christmas/New Year) are not included
- Ticket deviation or validity extension is not covered

- All disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi
