Package Cancellation Policy
Cancellation is allowed until 23 January. After this date, the package becomes fully non-refundable.
Cancellation Charges:
- Until 25 December 2025 – ₹1,500
- Until 14 January 2026 – ₹8,000
- Until 23 January 2026 – ₹16,250
- After 23 January 2026 – Non-refundable
These charges apply based on current package components. Any modification in package components may result in revised charges.

TCS collected is non-refundable. It can be claimed later as an adjustment while filing income tax returns.
All cancellation charges are exclusive of applicable taxes.
Package Date Change Policy
Date changes are permitted until 23 January. After this date, travel dates cannot be modified.
Date Change Fees:
- Until 25 December 2025 – ₹1,500
- Until 14 January 2026 – ₹8,000
- Until 23 January 2026 – ₹16,250
- After 23 January 2026 – No date change allowed
Fare differences (if any) will be charged separately. Date changes are subject to availability.

Important Information
Travel to Lakshadweep requires government permits. Guests are advised to book at least 30 days in advance and submit all required documents at least 20 days before departure.
Please ensure flight availability is checked before booking the land package.
Terms & Conditions
- Standard hotel check-in at 12:00 pm and check-out at 11:00 am
- Maximum 3 adults per room; third guest receives a mattress/rollaway bed
- Bed type (double/twin) depends on hotel availability
- Itinerary cannot be modified. Transport is provided only as per the itinerary
- Island tours from Agatti may be cancelled due to weather; refunds will not be provided
- Lakshadweep accommodations provide basic amenities, not luxury; rooms are well maintained
- Complimentary activities are non-refundable
- Entrance fees, sightseeing tickets, and guide charges are not included
- If flying with multiple airlines, baggage must be re-checked during connections
- Prices may change without prior notice
- Flight and hotel availability confirmed at the time of booking
- Incorrect passenger age may lead to penalties
- Alternate hotels of similar standards may be provided if listed ones are unavailable
- In case of natural calamities or weather issues, refunds will follow partner/vendor policies
- Itinerary may be modified due to force majeure, strikes, festivals, traffic, overbooking, or flight changes
- Some hotels may require a refundable security deposit at check-in
- Booking price excludes personal expenses, special dinners (e.g., Christmas/New Year), and mini-bar charges
- Cost of ticket deviation/extension is not included

- All disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi

- Expenses due to flight/vessel delays, cancellations, weather issues, political restrictions, or technical problems
