- Standard hotel check-in is at 2:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM; early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability
- A maximum of three adults are allowed per room; the third guest will be provided an extra mattress or rollaway bed
- The itinerary is fixed and cannot be customized; transportation will strictly follow the scheduled plan and is not on a disposal basis
- Refunds for paid activities that are non-operational due to unforeseen reasons will be processed within 30 days
- Complimentary activities are non-refundable
- Air-conditioning may not operate in hilly or cool areas
- If flights involve multiple airlines, luggage may need to be collected and rechecked during transit
- Prices, hotel availability, and flight availability are subject to change without prior notice
- Certain temples or monuments may remain closed on specific days or during festivals and ceremonial events
- Passenger age must be entered correctly during booking to avoid penalties during travel
- If the listed hotel is unavailable, a similar standard property will be arranged
- In case of natural calamities, weather disruptions, strikes, or force majeure events, maximum possible refunds will be sought from vendors
- The itinerary may be modified due to weather, traffic conditions, overbooking, closures, or other unavoidable circumstances; no compensation will be applicable
- Some hotels may require a refundable security deposit at the time of check-in
- Expenses of a personal nature are not included
- Mandatory festive surcharges or special event dinners are not included unless specified

- All disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi
