Terms & Conditions
- Standard hotel check-in is at 2:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel discretion
- A maximum of three adults can stay in one room; the third guest will be provided with a mattress or rollaway bed
- The itinerary is fixed and cannot be altered. Transportation will be provided strictly as per the itinerary and is not available on a disposal basis
- AC may not operate in hilly or cooler regions
- Entrance fees for monuments and guide charges are not included
- For flights booked with multiple airlines, you may need to collect and recheck your baggage during transit
- Hotel and flight availability is subject to confirmation at the time of booking, and prices may change without notice
- Passenger age must be accurately entered to avoid penalties during travel
- If listed hotels are unavailable, alternative accommodations of similar standards will be arranged
- In case of natural calamities or weather-related disruptions, One World Tours will attempt to secure the maximum possible refund from partners/vendors
- One World Tours may revise the itinerary due to circumstances such as strikes, weather conditions, flight issues, traffic, overbooking, or entry restrictions. No compensation is applicable in such scenarios
- Some hotels may require a refundable security deposit at check-in
- The package excludes expenses of personal nature (laundry, room service, minibar, alcoholic beverages, tips, portage, camera fees, etc.)
- Special festive surcharges on Christmas, New Year, or other occasions are not included and may apply
- Costs for ticket deviation or validity extension are not covered

- All disputes fall under the jurisdiction of New Delhi courts
