- Night-time transfers are unavailable between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM.
- All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of New Delhi courts.
- For cancellations or refunds, refer to the package cancellation policy.
- Personal expenses such as laundry, minibar, telephone calls, alcoholic drinks, etc., are not included.
- If cancellations occur due to weather or natural causes, refunds depend on vendor policies.
- Failure to make payment as per schedule may result in booking cancellation.
- Passenger names must match passport details exactly.
- For international travel, passports must be valid for at least 6 months from the return date.
- Low-cost carriers (Indigo, Scoot, AirAsia) do not include meals or baggage unless specified; additional baggage can be purchased.
- Standard hotel check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out at 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out depends on hotel policy.
- Some hotels may require a refundable security deposit.
- “Day at Leisure” implies no sightseeing activities are planned.
- Punctuality for tours and transfers is mandatory.
- Special dinners or mandatory charges during New Year/Christmas are not included.
- Refunds for non-operational paid activities will be processed within 30 days. Complimentary activities are non-refundable.

TCS Guidelines
- Under Section 206CCA of the Income Tax Act (effective 01-Jul-2021)
- A 5% TCS is applicable on overseas tour packages if income tax returns for the previous two years have not been filed
- TCS/TDS must not exceed ₹50,000 per year to avoid additional charges
- If PAN validation shows non-compliance, additional TCS will be charged
- Bookings may be cancelled as per policy in case of non-compliance
