Important Information
Ranthambore National Park is open only from 1st October to 30th June.
Terms & Conditions
- Standard hotel check-in is at 2:00 PM; check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early check-in/late check-out is subject to hotel policy.
- Maximum 3 adults per room; the third guest will receive a mattress/rollaway bed.
- The itinerary is fixed; the vehicle is not at disposal beyond planned services.
- One safari is scheduled during the stay. If the safari is not confirmed, no flight refund will be provided (whether booked with MMT or independently).
- Safari confirmation takes 4–5 business days. If not confirmed, a travel voucher equal to the package value will be issued.
- This package is valid only for bookings of 3 nights or more.
- Bookings for shorter stays will depend on safari availability. If safari slots are unavailable, payment becomes non-refundable.
- Specific safari zones cannot be guaranteed.
- Refunds for paid activities that become non-operational will be processed within 30 days. Complimentary activities are non-refundable.
- AC may not operate in cool or hilly regions.
- Entrance fees, parking charges, and guide fees are excluded.
- For multi-airline itineraries, baggage may need to be rechecked during transit.
- All rates and availability are subject to change without notice.
- Accurate passenger age details must be provided; penalties may apply for incorrect information.
- Alternate hotels of similar standard will be provided if the listed hotel is unavailable.
- In case of cancellations due to weather or natural disasters, refunds will depend on agreements with vendors/partners.
- The itinerary may be modified due to unavoidable circumstances such as weather, strikes, traffic, festivals, overbooking, flight cancellations, etc.
- Hotels may require a security deposit during check-in, refundable as per hotel policy.
- Personal expenses (laundry, beverages, mini bar, room service, tips, camera fees, etc.) are not included.
- Special festive surcharges (New Year, Christmas, etc.) are not included.
- Costs related to ticket deviations or extension of validity are excluded.
