Terms & Conditions
- Standard hotel check-in is at 2:00 PM and check-out at 11:00 AM. Early check-in/late check-out is subject to hotel discretion.
- Maximum 3 adults permitted in one room. Extra adult will be provided a mattress/rollaway bed.
- Itinerary is fixed and cannot be altered. Transfers will be provided as per itinerary only.
- AC may not operate in cool or hilly regions.
- Entrance fees, monument tickets, and guide charges are not included.
- For multi-airline bookings, baggage must be collected and rechecked at the transit point.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
- Airline seats and hotel rooms are subject to availability at the time of booking.
- Correct passenger age must be entered at booking time; discrepancies may lead to penalties.
- In case of unavailability, a similar-standard hotel will be provided.
- Refunds for weather-related or natural-calamity-based cancellations will depend on partner/vendor agreements.
- One World Tours may modify the itinerary due to weather, traffic, strikes, festivals, overbooking, flight cancellations, or other unforeseen events.
- Some hotels may require a refundable security deposit at check-in.
