- DND (Date Not Decided) travel dates must be confirmed within 3 months

Cancellation Policy
- All cancellations must be submitted in writing
- Token amount is non-refundable
- Cancellation 15 days before travel: 25%–50% charges
- Cancellation within 15 days: 100% retention
- No refund for unused or missed services
- Booking may be cancelled if 50% advance payment is not received
- Services may be stopped immediately in case of violent or suspicious behavior
