- Standard check-in at the hotel is at 2:00 PM; check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early check-in/late check-out is subject to hotel availability.
- Maximum of three adults allowed per room. Extra occupant will receive a mattress/rollaway bed.
- The itinerary is fixed and cannot be altered. Transportation will follow the scheduled itinerary only.
- Refunds for paid activities that become non-operational due to unforeseen circumstances will be processed within 30 days. No refunds for complimentary activities.
- AC may not operate in hilly or cool regions.
- Entrance fees, parking, and guide charges are not included.
- For flights with multiple carriers, baggage may need to be collected and rechecked at transit points.
- Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
- Flight seats and hotel rooms are subject to availability at the time of booking.
- Accurate passenger age must be provided; incorrect age details may lead to penalties.
- In case of hotel unavailability, an equivalent property will be arranged.
- Refunds for weather-related or natural-calamity cancellations depend on agreements with partners/vendors.
- The itinerary may be modified due to weather, traffic, strikes, overbooking, closures, or other unforeseen events.
- Some hotels may require a refundable security deposit during check-in.
- Personal expenses such as laundry, phone calls, room service, beverages, minibar, tips, camera fees, etc., are not included.
- Items not listed under Inclusions are excluded from the package price.
- Mandatory festive surcharges (e.g., Christmas/New Year dinners) are not included unless specified.
- Costs related to ticket deviations or validity extensions are excluded.

- Some monuments/temples may remain closed on specific days, during festivals, or for ceremonial events.
- Night-time transfers are not available between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM.
